For Growth (Retainer) services, our model makes sense for companies already investing from $10k/month in paid media. For Service Design or BI projects, we evaluate the complexity of the operation, regardless of media spend.
Do you work with performance-based remuneration (Success Fee)?
In long-term Retainer models, we can structure hybrid remuneration (Reduced Base Fee + Success Fee on incremental margin), provided the attribution baseline has already been established in the Audit and Architecture phases.
Can we hire just media management (without audit or BI)?
No. We believe optimizing media without a clean data and attribution architecture is a waste of your capital. The initial diagnosis is non-negotiable.
